Weston F. Milliken, President of CUE Consulting, in Los Angeles, received a BA from Yale College, an MBA from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, and a MA & Ph.D. in Organizational Development from the Fielding Graduate Institute.

As an independent consultant, manager and participant in multiple family businesses, Weston has had the opportunity to lead work in the areas of Strategic Planning, Team Facilitation, and Use of Quality Tools. In addition he has published several articles, training manuals and book sections — most recently completing the revised training materials for the Seven Management and Planning Tools from GOAL/QPC.

Weston is a certified instructor with GOAL/QPC, the publisher of the Memory Jogger ^TM II and other quality technologies.
